All Kiralily Healing products are handmade in small batches and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the defect. Defective items will be assessed and, where applicable, replaced or refunded at our discretion.
